Desired skills:
Strong Java experience
Strong SQL knowledge (MySQL knowledge a plus)
Strong working knowledge of one or more Java servlet based frameworks (JSF a plus)
Familiarity with automated xUnit style testing a plus ( experience with Test Driven Development a plus )
Ability to adapt quickly to rapidly evolving requirements
Self-starter who can work independently as well as work effectively with other team members
Good communication skills
Knowledge of Biologic/Genomic domain a plus
Knowledge of Spring and Hibernate a plus
Knowledge of Groovy other dynamic language a plus
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (familiarity with Twitter Bootstrap a plus)
Working knowledge of standard tools ( Git, SQL clients, IDE , command line tools, build tools (Ant, Gradle, Maven)
