Product Manager

Summary The Product Manager, New Product Development is responsible for driving product development efforts from concept through commercialization handoff to business units. This individual procures, analyzes, and synthesizes market information from internal and external resources into new product concept proposals aligned with a broader product strategy.  Such proposals will include but not be limited to product positioning, voice-of-customer feedback, competitive landscape, pricing strategy, IP strategy, market opportunity valuations, development timelines and investment requirements.  The incumbent develops and solicits investment for new product concepts and provides regular progress reporting during development efforts, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure broad alignment in support of successful commercial launches. Responsibilities          Procures, analyzes, and synthesizes market information frominternal and external resources - including voice of customer input - into new product concept proposals aligned with a broader product strategy.          Evaluates market potential for product concepts and provides proposed pricing models and resulting detailed revenue forecasts          Engages with all relevant functional groups to ensure robust business plano   Freedom to operate, supplier/licenser agreements, customer licensing requirements.o   Operational plan development including but not limited to cost analysis, supply chain stress testing, andinventoryforecasting.o   Marketing mix plan and sales trainingo   Clear development timelines andinvestment requirements withassociated milestones and technicalriskso   Establishes and tracks key metrics for success.          Provides regular progressreporting during development efforts,working closely withinternal stakeholders to ensure broad alignment insupportof successful commercial launches. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in life science or business management; MS, PhD, or MBA preferred.  Five + year's work experience in product development or product management or related business environment position with documented proficiency in key competencies associated with the role. Experience in drug development or associated services preferred.  Demonstrated successful experience in formulating, implementing, and communicating complex plans and creative problem-solving as needed to launch and support products and services.  Excellent initiative and organizational skills to prioritize complex tasks, projects, and workflow, and use independent judgment to make decisions regarding operations and deadlines.  Interpersonal relationship skills sufficient to allow incumbent to effectively lead others, to develop consensus among those holding disparate opinions and to work effectively with individuals and groups made up of people representing a diversity of levels and degrees of sophistication.  Interpersonal relationship skills sufficient to allow incumbent to be fully aware of interpersonal and organizational implications that accompany business relationships.  Demonstrated ability to be a positive team player across diverse internal and external organizations.  Ability to support important decisions carrying large financial consequences, often under some pressure and tight time deadlines.  Ability to travel 20% 2018-26009

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
