Associate Research Scientist

Responsibilities We are specifically looking for a highly motivated individual to: lead core components of our existing resource programs; develop additional independent projects that include, but are not limited to: the development of automated imaging and morphometric techniques for phenotypic characterization of craniofacial development; the optimization and application of methods to use CRISPR/Cas9 to directly validate the pathogenic role of rare disease variants in structural birth defects; adaptation of new genetic engineering technologies to develop new mouse model resources for the scientific community. Qualifications Ph.D. or equivalent in Developmental Biology, Genetics, or a related field and postdoctoral experience. Proven track record of publication and presentation at scientific meetings is essential. Experience in developmental biology and in particular craniofacial development, 3D imaging and analysis, morphometrics, and/or genome editing are highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within an interdisciplinary team are essential. 2018-25483

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
